Steering Column Tach Bracket

$105.00 plus shipping

Big Fords from 1960 through 1962 (with the exception of 1962 Galaxie XL models), did not have an easy way to attach aftermarket tachometers to the steering column due to the absence of a round column casing.  Our BR-001 tach bracket allows for mounting on multi tube columns regardless of whether they are column shift or floor shift models.  The upper tube passage has an inside diameter of 0.77” which supplies an interference fit with static upper shafts and 0.01” diameter clearance for moving shafts such as three-on-the-tree configurations.  The tach attachment pad is 1.30” wide and 1.25” deep with a 13/64” through hole and is positioned to keep classic tachometers from interfering with dash knobs and controls.

Included with the billet aluminum bracket are stainless steel internal hex cap screws.
